Mailing arrangements
- For purchases over HKD400, free delivery within Hong Kong (except outlying islands and remote areas). All local mail in Hong Kong is sent by courier companies.
- There are no delivery arrangements for the following areas: Hong Kong International Airport, restricted areas of Hong Kong and outlying islands (except Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung).
- Purchases under HKD400 will only be shipped via SF Express, and customers will pay the shipping fee when picking up the goods.
Change shipping address
- If you need to change the delivery address after placing the order, please contact us via Whatsapp: 65109938. We will change and solve the problem for the customer as soon as possible. If the goods have been shipped, the customer will not be able to change the address.
- Due to system limitations, the address change cannot be displayed on the order after changing the delivery address. When we receive the customer's request to change the address and confirm with the customer, we will change the delivery address for the customer in the system.

- Once payment is received, we will dispatch the shipment within 3 working days.
